My goal for this week is to skip my weekly shopping trip except for buying some milk. I already have everything I need for all of the meals on this menu. We really need to cut corners as much as we can, so I am trying to put together some creative meals that are really cheap. I am so thankful as I think of how we have always had PLENTY to eat. We have never gone to bed hungry because there was simply no food, yet there are so many people who are going hungry all over the world. Let's remember to be thankful. And on that note, Happy Thanksgiving, and Happy Cooking!!
Monday - Stir Fry Veggies & Rice, Steamed Apples
