Menu Planning Monday 4-5-10
I have great goals for this month. We've made it four days into the month without a trip to the grocery store! That's doing pretty good, considering that we're out of quite a bit of stuff. Somehow we still manage to have enough to eat though. The weather is getting a lot warmer here, and I find that it starts to change my tastebuds and makes them want Summertime foods. I'm really ready for watermelon!! Anyways...here's my menu for this week. Happy Cooking!!
Monday - Fresh Veggie Quesadillas, Fruit
Tuesday - Baked Ziti, Steamed Broccoli
Wednesday - Bean, Rice, & Veggie Casserole, Salad w/Homemade Dressing
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Chicken Rice Casserole, Baked Potatoes
Saturday - Build your own: Taco, Burrito, or Salad
Sunday - Grits, Eggs, Biscuits, Apple Butter
Honey Crunch Granola
Banana Flax Muffins
Yogurt w/Fresh Fruit
Whole Wheat Toast
