Menu Planning Monday 3-1-10


What a whirlwind month February has been!  It was our first month doing The 200 Challenge, which has indeed been challenging (but in a good way).  More on that later.  Watch for my 200 Challenge update tomorrow!  For now, we'll get on to the menu for this week.  Happy Cooking!!


Monday - Chimichangas, Chips & Salsa

Tuesday - Warm Dinner Wraps

Wednesday - Chili Beans, Cornbread

Thursday - Leftovers

Friday - Baked Potatoes, Broccoli

Saturday - Pizza, Salad w/Homemade Dressing

Sunday - Leftovers

Breakfasts - 
Honey Crunch Granola
Pumpkin Bread
Grits, Eggs, Biscuits
Whole Wheat Toast w/Butter & Honey
Oatmeal w/Honey & Cinnamon

Lunches - 
Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches
Salad w/Homemade Dressing
Leftovers
Tuna Salad w/Crackers
Bean, Rice, & Cheese Burritos
Fresh Fruit
