Happy 4th of July!!!
It doesn't feel much like a holiday here. Hubby has to work, and I have plenty to do around here, just like normal. Laundry still needs to be washed, and menus still need to be planned. I do plan on doing a patriotic craft with the girls today, though. I hope you all are enjoying this holiday in your own way, whether you're working like normal, or have the day off! :-)
I mentioned last week that I had plans to get back on the plan of spending $200 on food a month. July will be our first month back at it. I'll be posting more about that later this week. And now, here's the menu plan for this week!
Dinners -
Monday - Pinto Beans, Baked Potatoes, Corn, Biscuits
Tuesday - Lasagna, Salad, Garlic Bread
Wednesday - Bean & Cheese Enchiladas, Salad (from last week)
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Baked Garlic Lemon Tilapia, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans
Saturday - Lentil Soup, Cheese Quesadillas
Sunday - Leftovers
Breakfasts -
Banana Flax Muffins
Blueberry Pancakes
Cinnamon Rolls
Oatmeal {with honey, cinnamon, & coconut oil}
Honey Crunch Granola

Yummy!! I made cinnamon rolls this past week and they were so good. You need to post the recipe for the bean and cheese enchiladas, they sound good.
I bookmarked the tilapia recipe-thanks!
