Freezer Cooking Day: Update 1

Some of the food that I've been making today...not all of it made it into the picture!

 Cooking is going well today.  Right now the girls are all over the place, and needing a bit of supervision, but I did the biggest chunk of the cooking while they were all napping.  My list is getting checked off slowly, but surely.  Here's the progress I've made so far:

Tuesday - 

Banana Bread

Rice, Bean, & Veggie Casserole

Pinto Beans (will make some of these into re-fried beans)

Spanish Rice

Banana Flax Muffins

Easy Whole Wheat Bread

Peanut Butter Balls

Tuna Cheesies

Baking Powder Biscuits

I'll probably wait and bake the bread after the girls go to bed.  Now I'm headed back to the kitchen to whip up some peanut butter balls and re-fried beans!
