It's that day again! Only this Monday is a little different. I'm not home right now, in fact I am in another state altogether...enjoying the beach with my family. So this is Menu Planning Monday: Vacation Edition. I haven't really assigned a certain meal to a certain day this week as I usually do. Instead, I have some planned dinner ideas for whatever days we decide to stay at the vacation house and eat. I'm not really sure which days we might eat out, so everything is a little in the air, but that's ok. At least we sort of have a plan. Ok, enough rambling. Happy Cooking!!

Make your own: Taco Salad or Burrito
Homemade Pizza
Fettucine Alfredo, Fresh Salmon, Garlic Bread
