Fresh Homemade Salsa

This recipe is so simple and yummy! I think it tastes as good as the salsa at my favorite Mexican restaurant, and that's saying a lot. Sorry the picture quality is not that great, but you get the idea. Enjoy!

Fresh Homemade Salsa
1/4 medium onion
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
14 0z. can diced tomatoes (drained)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until desired consistency.

*I wish I could say that I invented this recipe all on my own, but all the credit goes to my mom. :-)
