Easy Pie Crust

I love this pie crust!  It turned out perfectly the very first time, and it was SO easy to make that it was almost effortless!  I also loved the fact that I didn't need a rolling pin (since I don't have one).  This is my new favorite pie crust recipe!  Sorry I don't have a picture of it right now.

Easy Pie Crust
1 1/2 cups flour (I used 1 cup all purpose, 1/2 cup wheat)*
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbsp. milk

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Using your fingers, pat crust out in a 9" pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Enjoy!

* I think I'll probably try increasing the wheat flour ratio next time.

Thanks, Sarah! I need a good go-to crust recipe like this! I have trouble finding one without Crisco -- so I appreciate this one :)

Thank you for posting this and I'm very anxious to try it. It's nearly impossible to find a crust recipe without shortening. Thanks!
