WFMW - Nausea Relief

If you've ever been pregnant, chances are you have experienced unforgettable nausea. Maybe for a day, maybe for a few months, maybe your entire pregnancy. During both my pregnancies I had morning sickness until about 5 or 6 months. For some reason, at about 7 months now, it seems to be coming back in random short spurts, and I'm not sure why.

Point being...I have pulled the Sea Bands out again. And I have to rave about them, because they really work! I have used them in early pregnancy and really think that they helped. Not that the nausea totally disappeared every time, but it was noticeably better.

Sea Bands are drug free, easy to use, and have no side effects. The way they work is by putting pressure on a specific point on your wrists, called the "Nei-Kuan point." The "Nei-Kuan" is an accupressure point for nausea. How neat is that? While wearing the wristbands, pressure is placed on the "Nei-Kuan" by a small plastic stud which is knitted into the band. Sea Bands can be purchased at Wal-Mart and most drug stores.

This is an awesome idea! Thanks for sharing it. I bet so many Moms wish they knew this when they were pregnant.

Wow! Great to be reminded again. I will need some of these when my time comes, Lord willing... :)

I am so glad that you did a review on these as we need to get the word out and somebody else might be blessed too.

I am in prayer about your nausea.

Love you sis,
Shannon
