This past week we were gone a lot visiting with family, so some of the menu changed and I didn't end up making everything I had planned, but it still worked out good. I made one grocery store trip {all by myself with 4 kiddos...whew!} and spent $58.53 out of our $200 monthly budget, leaving us with $136.13 for the rest of September. I'd better stay out of the store. Here's our menu for this week!
Dinners -
Monday - Potato Cheddar Soup, Artisan Bread {last week}
Tuesday -Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps, Fruit
Wednesday - Homemade Pizza, Veggies & Dip {dip recipe coming soon!}
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Homemade Spaghetti, Meatballs, Salad, Bread
Saturday -Bean & Rice Enchilada Casserole {recipe coming soon!}, Salad
Sunday - Leftovers
Breakfasts -
Simple Granola
Oatmeal {with raisins, cinnamon, & coconut oil}

Eggs and Toast
Spice Cake
Lunches -

Great menu! We really like homemade pizza around here as well.
How on earth did you find me? Do I know you?! I'm glad you saw the post though. Great pattern on the skirt. I do like the length, it's just a little big and bulky in the waist. I think a smaller t-shirt (L instead of XL) and some 1" elastic (instead of 1/4) would fix that. I really like it though and the ric-rac worked nicely. I must say, I tried the ruffle and couldn't figure it out. But yours with the ruffles are soooo cute...
Oops, I was signed in under the wrong account when I commented. That was me. ;-D
The grocery store with 4 kids! You are so brave! When I go with my 3 I end up spending more money because I just want to get out of there!
Monica, I found you because I saw that you had linked to my post about making the skirt. Thanks! :-)
Sorry you couldn't figure out the ruffle...I will go back and see if maybe I need to explain it better. The ric rac really was cute though!
