It's a struggle this month as we get near the end of the month and the budget already feels really tight. I do need to pick up a few things from the store this week. As of now, we have spent $171.44 of our $200 grocery budget so far this month, leaving us with only $28.56 for the rest of August. Time to do some serious stretching!

We have pretty much the same monthly budget, but for me, closer to the middle of the month is the hard part because I do my shopping once a month then. That last week before I do a big shopping trip is always a little hairy:)
I know it can get hard. You are doing a great job sis! Enjoy your week!
Ugh this month has been horrible! I am already right at $200.00 and I still have a few meals to buy for :-( I am just keeping it as tight as possible for the rest of the month and starting fresh in September. bummed that I did so lousy this month though. I am sure you can make it Sarah! You are great at budgeting and you have such great will power on this! Good luck!
We're not shopping at all (no money for it) but we were very blessed to have someone bring by some eggs to us today!
Your meals for the week look delicious!
