Always worthy of praise
This week has been super rough. When I go through hard times like this, I find it so easy to question God. "Why me God? Why this? Do I really deserve this?" Truth is, I deserve death. If not for Christ, I would not be here. And does not God, as my all-knowing Creator, know just what I need? My only thought ought to be, "God, if You are glorified through this pain, then I will bear this cross." I love this quote that reminds me that God wants my trust and praise at all times, not just when it is easy:

Love you so much sis and I am praying for you and whatever has been going on and is on your heart. I love the quote you shared, it is so good to remember to praise God no matter what and to hold tight to Him in everything.

I absolutely needed to hear this. He does know exactly what we need. Why can't we trust that? I need to be knocked down a few knotches sometimes to better understand what my saviour did for me.
