This week's menu may seem a little boring...full of beans and rice and potatoes...but I don't plan on going to the store this week unless just to pick up some fruit. :-) Here's what we'll be eating.
Monday - Perfect Potatoes, Brown Rice, Carrots
Tuesday - Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Salad
Wednesday - Leftovers
Thursday - Lentil Soup, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes
Friday - Make your own Sandwiches, Fruit
Saturday - Red Beans & Rice, Fruit
Sunday - Taco Salad, Chips & Salsa
