Menu Planning Monday 7-18-11

I'll be posting an update on my 200 Challenge after I make my grocery trip this week.  For now, here's the menu for this week!

Dinners - 
Monday - Lentil Rice Casserole, Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets, Sweet Potatoes, Biscuits

Tuesday - Taco Salad, Chips & Salsa

Wednesday - Tomato Basil Pasta, Garlic Bread, Salad

Thursday - Leftovers

Friday - Homemade Pizza, Salad

Saturday - Cuban Style Black Beans, Scallion Cilantro Rice with Habaneros and Lime, Fruit

Sunday - Leftovers

Breakfasts - 
Bran Muffins
Green Smoothies
Oatmeal with Bananas
Blueberry Muffins
Cucumber Fruit Smoothies

Lunches -
Grilled Cheese & Tomato Sandwiches
Fresh Veggie Quesadillas
Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwiches
Leftovers
Baked Zucchini Sticks

Coconut Milk Ice Cream
