Love is not a fight

I like the part that says Love is "a house we enter in, then commit to never leave."  That is just how marriage should be.  "So lock the door behind you, throw away the key.  We'll work it out together, let it bring us to our knees."  What a beautiful picture of marriage lived for God's glory, one lived with unconditional love and faithfulness.  No waiting for your spouse to mess up so you can get out...just pure forgiving love that stays no matter what.  Let's think about our marriages this way:  Lock the door behind you, throw away the key.  No turning outward, but instead inward toward Christ and one another, willing to do whatever it takes to work it out.
