Menu Planning Monday 6-1-09

Here's our cheap and simple menu for this week. I've also set a pretty big goal of doing some extra cooking for snacks, lunches, and freezing. We'll see how much of that I get done. Happy Cooking!!

Monday - Fettuccine Alfredo, Asparagus, Biscuits

Tuesday - Tuna Cheesies, Pasta Salad

Wednesday - Youth Group meeting at our house (Pizza)

Thursday - Bean, Rice, & Cheese Burritos, Chips & Homemade Salsa

Friday - Lemony Lentil Greek Soup, Vegetable Quesadillas

Saturday - Leftovers

Sunday - Homemade Spaghetti, Garlic Bread

Extra cooking goals for the week:
- Applesauce Bread
- Zucchini Bread (using honey)
- Whole Wheat Bread
- Peanut Butter Granola
- Whole Wheat Pie Crust (to freeze)
- Basil Pesto Sauce (to freeze)

What a yummy looking menu! We love fettuccine alfredo! I confess we haven't had it in a while though. Cheap and simple is always good!

Have a great week!
