The only problem I have is the lid opening up if I tug too hard... but I think if I hot glue it shut that will fix the problem.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07585164388854189512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-82328239864285014.post-34427218437073083532011-10-11T21:50:32.768-04:002011-10-11T21:50:32.768-04:00Amy, it's pretty secure, but with a lot of tug...Amy, it's pretty secure, but with a lot of tugging by little hands it might come off. I didn't use any washers (although I thought it would be a good idea) because we didn't have any lying around at the time to use and I figured I'd see how well it worked without them. Oh, Abigail likes to help empty the small trashes so she gets the bags and puts them up sometimes too, and it has stayed put well so far. :-)

A baby wipes case is a great idea also! It would probably be more sturdy and you could mount it. I just never liked how hard the bags were to get out when you have the lid on, but maybe I didn't have the same kind you do.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07437413277649118472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-82328239864285014.post-20776209559843712842011-10-11T21:34:59.635-04:002011-10-11T21:34:59.635-04:00I used to use a tissue box and now use an oatmeal ...I used to use a tissue box and now use an oatmeal container, but I never thought to mount it. I think I will go back to the tissue box and mount it like you show. Neat! Great job you two! Did he use any washers or anchors to help secure it or were the screws enough? Lula Mae likes to help me "get the bags" and I feel like her tug on it may be a bit much. How secure does yours feel? Just wondering :-)Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07585164388854189512noreply@blogger.com
